How do I work as a Buyers Agent?

Buying A House Takes Considerable Time And Effort. As a Buyers Agent I seek to prevent any complications. My job is to keep you fully informed of the property you are interested in and of all your options in the transaction at all times. As your Buyers Agent, I work exclusively for you and represent only your interest by providing research on the home price, condition, location and other features of the home you are interested in. The Seller pays the Buyers Agent commission so as a Buyer you are in a win win situation.

Why hire a Buyers Agent when I can use the Listing Agent? You want someone solely on your side who knows how to negotiate a Real Estate transaction so that you can save time, money, and hassle before issues arise. The Sellers Listing Agent does not take sides and continues to represent the Sellers interest first. He/She may not be representing you correctly when issues arise and it can cost you time and money to later try and correct the issues.
